Family Medicine
Selecting a primary care physician is one of the most pivotal healthcare decisions you can make for yourself and your family.
At CPC Multi-Specialty Group, we combine traditional primary care services with preventive care to ensure your overall wellness is being taken care of. Whether you come in for a sick visit or routine care appointment, we are here to ensure you remain on the path to future health and wellness. Our primary care physicians are also uniquely equipped to coordinate specialty care with our vast network of medical providers.
In addition, our state-of-the-art electronic health records system allows us to easily and conveniently remain on top of your healthcare needs. Our family medicine and internal medicine providers can easily access your records from any of our specialists at the touch of a button. This allows for a truly collaborative approach to total patient care that is both convenient and comprehensive.
When to Visit Your Family Doctor
It can sometimes be difficult to know when to seek medical help. Your primary care physician is highly trained to handle the majority of your healthcare needs. This includes preventive care, diagnosing and managing chronic conditions, acute illnesses and accidents, and referring you to medical specialists when necessary.
You’ll want to start with a visit to your family medicine physician for any concerns or conditions that are not life-threatening. Your family doctor knows you best, including your medical history, underlying conditions, and personal preferences. Your doctor can treat acute conditions and help you manage chronic ones – providing the most comprehensive patient care possible.
